If you have a Microsoft 365 plan, to keep it active, you have to sign in at least once every 30 days. You might get an error that has a number and maybe some descriptive text. Although the messages are hard to understand, there are often solutions. If Office is taking a long time to install you may be on a slow connection. If Office still won’t install, check that your computer meets the system requirements to install Office.
