Whenever I drag messages from the All Mail folder to the Trash folder on Outlook, these messages remain visible in the All Mail folder when accessed via webmail. Hate to be a Debbie Downer, but why are you using IMAP? A primary way to compromise an O36 user is phish a user, steal their creds, and connect via IMAP to get a copy of a whole mailbox.
