Outlook performance is slow in Microsoft 365 Outlook Microsoft Learn
Occasionally, classic Outlook tries to run a process in the background. Auto-archive, sending and receiving a very large attachment, or running some of the other mailbox tools can all be done in the background. Check the status bar at the bottom of the screen to see if another process is running. If so, wait a short time (usually two or three minutes) to see if Outlook starts working again.
Incorrect system date or time can prevent Outlook from loading profiles, especially in environments where authentication relies on accurate timestamps. Use the Turn on shared calendar improvements option for users who have edit permissions to a shared calendar to improve performance. When you enable this option, calendar actions are sent directly to the server instead of having to be synchronized from local storage. I even reduced mailboxes sizes and that didn’t help, I setup a new user (albeit existing PC but new windows profile), and he is having the same issues. If the mailboxes open automatically after removing them and restarting Outlook, they may be auto mapped. This setting can be changed by an Exchange admin by submitting a sites.google.com/view/fixoutlookstuckonloadingprofil request via Jira and including the usernames of the client and the usernames of the mailboxes that need to be removed.

Recovery toolbox was able to rebuild my data files as a new data file on a replacement drive location and continue to use my mail file after the recovery process. Tried many other recommended solutions but none were able to help with the recovery apart from the recovery toolbox for outlook. Microsoft Outlook data files contain main objects ( messages, contacts, notes, reminders, attached files and others) and service objects that are not shown to the user. While writing the recovered data to the new .pst file, the program does not write some service objects because there is no need to do it. Try to recover your data to separate files, it may help. Make sure you have enough free space on your storage drive to save recovered data.
To determine the cause of the performance issues, start the Assistant, and run the Outlook Diagnostic in the Advanced Diagnostics section. When you suspect that there’s an issue with the integrity of your PST file, you can run Scanpst.exe to repair your PST files.
Your user profile is a collection of settings that let you customize the computer appearance and performance. If you are still seeing this issue, restart sites.google.com/view/fixoutlookstuckonloadingprofil Outlook a couple of times so it can pick up the service change. If creating a new profile solves your issue, you can return to the Show Profiles dialog and delete your old profile. If installing the latest updates didn’t resolve your issue, move on to the next step.

You can also add the secondary connected accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) in Outlook.com as additional accounts in the Outlook profile. If you manually type in the secondary connected account email address in the “From” field, the email is sent as “On behalf of” your primary Outlook.com account.
