Contact your admin who can retrieve the username and reset the password for your work or school account. When a user requests a new password, you receive a password reset request in email.

Well, I did as they asked and removed both end users from the retiree’s shared inbox via O365 Admin. Well, ever since then one of them has been having issues with MS Outlook.
