Type Outlook.exe /safe, and click OK.  If it is not, you may need to reinstall the Office suite completely. To do this simply uninstall the office program from your computer from the “Add/Remove Programs” section of your Control Panel and reinstall the suite from portal.office.com. Problems while trying to install Office
